In a house connected to another house that is currently being built. 3very day visited by a group of 15 plus guys who mess around and have fun. Then another group normal people come, and then a group of goth people. I am apparently friends with one goth girl in that group, who also apparently lives in my attic. She only sometimes appears there. And everyday i wait until these groups come and interact with the goth girl. Sometimes she stays, sometimes she goes and does other stuff. Dream ends when she sits in my lap.
Dreams like yours can often reflect various aspects of your subconscious mind, including your social interactions, feelings of belonging, and the exploration of identity. Here’s a breakdown of some possible interpretations of key elements in your dream:
The House: Houses in dreams usually symbolize the self or your mind. The house connected to another one being built may represent growth, change, or the construction of new ideas in your life. It could suggest that you are in a transitional phase, building upon experiences and relationships.
Groups of People: The various groups (the fun guys, normal people, and goths) could represent different facets of your personality or different social circles in your life. Their interaction might indicate an exploration of how you feel about these different aspects and how they coexist within you.
The Goth Girl: Your evolving relationship with the goth girl may symbolize a desire for deeper connections or an exploration of your own identity. The fact that you have a unique friendship with her could suggest a longing for acceptance or an appreciation of individuality and alternative perspectives.
Attic Representation: The attic often symbolizes hidden thoughts or aspects of the self. The goth girl living there might indicate that there's something within you (perhaps an unconventional or creative side) that you are either nurturing or still discovering.
Waiting for Interaction: The anticipation of her and the groups’ arrivals could reflect your feelings of desire and longing for connection—both with others and with different aspects of yourself. It may embody the idea of waiting for opportunities to express or explore these facets of your life.
Ending with Intimacy: The moment when she sits in your lap can be interpreted as a desire for intimacy, comfort, or understanding from this more alternative part of yourself. It might imply a wish to embrace a deeper connection—either in a romantic sense or a strong friendship.
In summary, your dream suggests an exploration of different identities and social dynamics in your life, alongside a desire for deeper connections and self-acceptance. You may be negotiating how these aspects fit together and how you can express them in your waking life.
